Introduction Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the most amazing chat show of our planet: “Jenny’s Talk” on Monday. And here she is – the incredible Jenny Marth
Jenny Marth: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to my chat show!
Thank you! Thank you very much!
OK, that’s enough! You can get autographs later! We don’t have much time. Let’s start–
Well… um… Yeah! Our theme is “Spoilt Teenagers” and I promise there will be fantastic guests today!–
Thank you, thanks! …
Now we come to my first guest. Her name is Veronica and I think she is–
lovely! Here she comes: Veronica!
Veronica: My grandpa is the best!
Jenny Marth: Hi sweetie
Well love, are you–
nervous?
Veronica: Me? No of course not! Why should I be nervous?
Jenny Marth: Silence.
Well Veronica I know there is a person in your life you love, a person you like even more than your mother! Who–
is that?
Veronica: That’s my grandfather of course! Can you call him in now?
Jenny Marth: No not yet, stupid girl– Oh…
Why do you love your grandpa that much, sweetheart?
Veronica: What a stupid question! He gives me everything I want. I’ve got a handy and he always pays the bills – that’s about 3oo€ a week! I have got one pony at my grandfather’s house and he promised I will get another two if I moved to his house and left my mother. I’d like to do that of course but my mother won’t let me. I always tried to convince her! I and my grandpa are the best friends of the world. We go shopping every Saturday – without mum of course! My favourite shop is the one of “Dolce & Gabbana”.
Jenny Marth: That sounds exactly like the life of a talented, generous and unbelievable beautiful woman – like me.
But do you think that’s normal for a young, little girl like you?
Veronica: Normal? No of course not! But I always say: Everyone gets what he deserves! And by the way, grandpa cooks much better than my mother, too! Once I threw mother’s spinach in her stupid face. That was funny. I mean, what else should I do with that bullshit? I just eat his food! Imagine he would not be there. I would die without him! Or I had to choke down mother’s food, that’d be horrib–
Jenny Marth: Do you get pocket money?
Veronica: Yes, a bit. I have to be able to buy everything I want without my grandfather as well. I get about 1ooo€ a month and I have my own credit cards. I love to go shopping and buy shoes and stuff! Handbags. Cosmetics–
Jenny Marth: Well
let’s hear what your mother has to say about that, dear. Here is Sandr– Sar–um… Samantha!
Samantha: My dad’s spoiling my daughter.
Jenny Marth: Very well Sarah. You can–
Samantha: I’m here to stop all that rubbish! I want him to stop spoiling my daughter. I hate him! I cannot understand why he’s doing something like that. I mean, I’m his own daughter. He never did anything like that with me either. And Veronica, how can my daughter let me down like that? She wants to move to my father and leave me! Is that normal?
Veronica: I just like him much more than you! You’d never have bought me those “Chanel” boots!
Jenny Marth: No Samantha it is not normal, you’re right!
Samantha: It can’t be good for her future! Look what she as already become. She is a little stupid, spoilt wannabe-lady! She does not know how bad it is. How could she? And why should she say no? But my father ought to know better if you ask me.
Veronica: What are you talking about? He just tries to fulfil all my wishes and to make me happy. You don’t, though. My granddad is the loveliest person on earth! You don’t care about me and my wishes.
Jenny Marth: Ok Sarah–
Samantha: Samantha!
Jenny Marth: Very well–
Samantha. Has your father always been– like that?
Samantha: No he changed completely. He says he cared a lot about Veronica because he himself had a very bad childhood and suffered a lot in war. He wants to offer her a better life!
Jenny Marth: Very well. Silence.
Well, let’s talk to your granddad now, Veronica. Ladies and Gentle-men… Welcome
Howard!
Howard: I like to spoil my grandchild!
Jenny Marth: Hey, Howard, sit down please. You spoil your grandchild Veronica.
Why?
Howard: I don’t know.
Jenny Marth: (Silence.) Do you love her?
Howard: Yes.
Jenny Marth: This could be the reason you spoil her day after day, couldn’t it?
I could imagine you brought something for her today as well, haven’t you?
Howard: Yes.
so erstma bis hier hin. rest kommt später *gg*
